The modern beach style home was to be lightweight, i.e. cladded, & have living & a master suite upstairs. Downstairs has 2 bedrooms, study / TV area & a covered link between the oversized garage and workshop. Large decks hug the home from the north, east and southern aspects.

Scyon cladding was used extensively with Linea weatherboards on the walls, Hardieflex & batters were injected as features & Hardie Groove eave linings. The home is an awesome living space. The owners love the design as it fulfils their original brief.
